Plot: Three Mexican soldiers, led by Colonel Carlos Ackbar, stationed on the Mexican/American border working on a secret project known as "The Mexican Railway" discover early history about where they are stationed, remnants of high powered cocaine, and historic messages from survivors of a plane crash. At the same time, working diligently on their quest to destroy a train.

Trivia/Goofs:
GOOF - The PCP intro is stretched too much vertically after a bad video conversion
TRIVIA - The intro titles use "Courier New" instead of the previous "Engravers" font because of a new computer system for Yanka
GOOF - Yanka's Ackbar accent is more British than ever in this film, much different than the original in "The Mexican Railway"
TRIVIA - All the peepsi and alcohol references are inside jokes to the other PCP members before the movie was filmed
TRIVIA - This was the only PCP film in which Edward Rachote does not appear
TRIVIA - Yanka completed the trilogy by saying "move out, move out Mexicans" in all three MR films
TRIVIA - Ackbar is not correct with his calculation of the distance between Boston and the Mexican border
GOOF - Ackbar states that Colastine went to a Mexican Medical Center at first, but then says that he is in Birmingham, Alabama
TRIVIA - The train explosion footage was taken from "Back to the Future 3"
GOOF - The train (after exploding falls off a cliff, that Ackbar later references) but no such cliff is seen in the following scene
